The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our group, providing direct ski-in and ski-out access. We loved the on-site restaurant's variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, which could be improved.

I was almost ready to rave about the beautiful views, but those small bathrooms were an absolute disastor. The boot room's awful smell made me question cleanliness. I definitely expected better treatment and maybe some complimentary gesture-life's too short to not feel special while in vacation. Truly disappointing.

great central access to charming slopes and cozy restaurants

I appreciated the quiet location with easy access to the Peclet Gondola, just over a kilometer away, and the charming restaurants like L'Auberge des Balcons which was only a few steps from the hotel. It made for wonderful evening strolls after a day of exploring.

The room that I booked here had a twin room with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, microwave, and personal safe, along with the bonus of a bath in the private bathroom.

Had a blast in our spacious four-bedroom apartment, complete with ensuite bathrooms that really added a touch of luxury. The spa was amazing, offering a fantastic massage and a cozy sauna to unwind after a day of skiing. Just a heads-up, the icy roads around the area were a slight challenge, so wear the right shoes when heading out! ⛷️

The spacious four-bedroom apartment offered fine views of the Peclet massif. The ski-in and ski-out accessibility was convenient, and the pool area, despite being unsupervised, allowed for some good relaxation after a day on the slopes.

The small bathrooms were a letdown, with one shower door only opening 30 cm. The communal areas could also use some upkeep, as we found the boot room grim and smelling less than fresh. While there's a cozy log stove in the apartment, the overall ambiance felt dated, and the restaurant food left something to be desired considering the price point.

We had a spacious four-bedroom apartment with fine views of the Peclet massif. Each bedroom was comfortable, and we particularly loved the two ensuites. The restaurant on-site offered fantastic gluten-free and vegetarian options that our entire group enjoyed multiple times. Plus, the spa amenities were an excellent addition to our stay, especially after long days on the slopes.

The icy roads in the area made getting around a bit challenging.

We enjoyed our 7-night stay here. the twin room featured a microwave oven, an individual safe, and a lovely stone fireplace. the mountain view was absolutely incredible, and the hotel's location at Karst Gallery was brilliant. It was just a 5-minute walk to downtown, and the staff were very pleasant.

Our room was equipped with useful amenities like a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card, and the staff were consistently friendly.
